As an independent instructor with our company, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and choose which clients to work with.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$60 per hour for 1-hour training sessions, $35-$45 for 45-minute sessions, and $30-$35 for 30-minute sessions. You will be paid within 24 hours after each class via PayPal. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Travel to client's homes or nearby fields in your area

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a lacrosse trainer. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a fun and energetic personality, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
