Sales and Front Desk Team Member

The Position:
As a vital member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience at our facility. Your role will involve collaborating with the Club Manager to assist prospective members in joining our community, addressing current members' inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Your daily focus will be on engaging with clients through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, conducting tours of the facility for potential members, and clearly presenting all available membership and personal training options.
  • Working collaboratively, you will strive to achieve club objectives in various enrollment metrics, developing your skills as a sales professional who prioritizes customer satisfaction and promotes a healthier lifestyle.
  • You will be proactive in processing new memberships to surpass monthly targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • A strong enthusiasm for health and fitness.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Positive and outgoing demeanor.
  • Highly organized.
  • Attentive listener.

Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Work Environment:
  • Some light lifting may be necessary (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet the needs of the Fitness 19 team.
  • Assist our Service Specialist Team as required.
