About the Job
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Unit (CCU). As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients using advanced medical technology and treatment protocols. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care and prioritize patient needs through personalized treatment plans and comprehensive monitoring.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, plus benefits that include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, paid time off, income-protection programs, tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing. Additionally, they must hold BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), which must be current upon hire, and ACLS certification within six months of employment if not already certified.
