  • Project Interpretation: Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to understand project requirements and scope.

  • Take-Off Development: Develop detailed take-offs from drawings, identifying all necessary materials, dimensions, and specifications for cabinetry projects.

  • Estimation: Utilize take-offs to accurately estimate costs for materials, labor, and other project expenses.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in cabinetry, millwork, or construction estimating.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
