Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Specialist

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of imaging exams on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging exams using radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers
  • Bring knowledge and expertise to make quick and highly technical decisions to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology
  • Troubleshoot basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years clinical imaging experience required
  • Experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital
  • Prior traveler experience highly preferred
  • Certification by appropriate body (ARRT)
  • Wisconsin Radiological License
  • BLS - issued by American Heart Association only
  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
Work Environment:

UW Hospital, 600 Highland Avenue, Madison, WI 53792

Shifts:

40 hrs/week, 36-40 Hours per week based on departmental needs (evenings and nights). Mostly night shifts.
