Practice Overview:
o Join a multi-disciplinary team within a physician-owned outpatient facility. Our primary location serves a diverse patient population with various specialties available.
Employment Structure:
o Initial 2-year associate contract, with the potential for shareholder status thereafter.
Physician Team:
o Internal Medicine: 6 physicians, supported by 3 Allied Health Professionals
o Total clinic staff: 53 physicians and 33 extenders (PA or ARNP)
Clinic Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Qualifications:
o Must be a US Resident or Green Card holder
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (must complete certification after residency/fellowship)
Compensation and Benefits:
o Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
o Signing bonus available
o Relocation assistance provided
o $2500 CME stipend
o Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
o 401K plan with employer matching after one year
Paid Time Off:
o 20 business days of PTO, clinic closure on 6 holidays, plus 5 CME days, totaling 31 days per year
Electronic Medical Records:
Utilizing Athena for patient management
On-Call Requirements:
1 day per week for clinic duties; Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
Patient Load:
Average of 20 patients per day
