POSITION OVERVIEW

Utilizing core technical expertise, analytical skills, and comprehensive knowledge of current regulations, deliver thorough client-focused solutions in air quality permitting, modeling, and compliance to support clients in navigating permitting and regulatory frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Duties:

- Perform air dispersion modeling assessments in line with project specifications and established guidelines.

- Assess air emissions, identify necessary control technologies, and compile process documentation to ensure client operations align with relevant regulations.

- Stay informed on the latest advancements in air pollution control technologies.

2. Regulatory Expertise:

- Prepare and submit permit applications, amendments, standard exemptions, source inventories, and emission fee calculations to state regulatory bodies for industrial clients.

- Maintain a strong understanding of existing regulations and consistently review new and proposed regulations pertinent to industrial clients.

3. Client Engagement:

- Foster relationships with current clients and seek new project opportunities as suitable; effectively communicate analysis results both internally and externally in both verbal and written formats.

4. Mentorship:

- Support junior project engineers with their assignments and engage in internal training initiatives.

5. Data Management:

- Timely update client information within the internal database.
