ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our virtual team. As a remote SLP, you will work with students across Virginia, providing flexible and accessible speech therapy services from the comfort of your own home.

Job Overview

This is a 1099 position that offers guaranteed weekly hours and an hourly rate consistent across direct and indirect hours. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $52 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Virginia SLP license (CCC). A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders is required, with experience in providing virtual therapy services being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy services to students across Virginia via virtual platforms
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Virginia SLP license (CCC)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet connection
