- Oversee significant operational initiatives, including site expansions and the establishment of new locations.
- Facilitate the entire acquisition lifecycle, encompassing origination, financial assessment, negotiation, due diligence, and closure on both local and global scales.
- Engage in commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare strategic acquisition reports to inform decision-making.
- Perform industry analysis and competitive assessments to guide business strategy.
- Provide oversight and support for integration processes.
- Conduct thorough due diligence assessments.
- Drive business development initiatives.
- Map market opportunities and trends.
- Supervise regional lending and funding frameworks.
- Offer legal and litigation support as needed.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
- Execute strategic evaluations of plant performance metrics.
- Generate monthly reports, including Profit/Loss statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver regular updates to key internal stakeholders.
- Provide monthly performance feedback, both financial and non-financial, across all business areas.
- Engage in budgeting and strategic planning activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Public Practice.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly regarded.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities to work across various functions as required.
- Proficient in identifying issues and areas for enhancement through analytical methods.
- Strong commercial insight and understanding of business operations.
- Capable of managing both internal and external relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Advanced skills in negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
