We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and providing high-quality computerized tomography and X-ray services to patients in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain computerized tomography and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning, draping, and administering contrast media as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire.
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire.
- Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging.
- 1 year of experience as a registered technologist performing CT Scan and X-Ray.
