Microelectronics Assembler Opportunity

Midwest Microwave Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Microelectronics Assembler to join its team in Hiawatha, IA. This is a full-time Monday through Friday day shift position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, solder, and repair fine pitch, high-density electronic assemblies for aerospace communication systems.
  • Provide production support and inspect incoming PCB assemblies.
  • Read, interpret, and follow documents such as assembly instructions, circuit schematics, quality guidelines, and verbal instructions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of assembly experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Previous soldering experience.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
