Key Responsibilities:
1. Document findings from assessments and propose actionable recommendations for the adoption of improved systems and procedures.
2. Analyze collected data to identify challenges and develop alternative strategies for operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure the successful integration of new systems or procedures.
4. Compile and organize information regarding operational challenges and procedural inefficiencies.
5. Create training materials and conduct sessions to educate staff on new processes, forms, and equipment usage in alignment with company policies.
6. Review existing documentation and engage with management to enhance formats, distribution, and overall purpose, while identifying areas for improvement.
7. Design and implement a comprehensive records management program to ensure effective filing, protection, and retrieval of documentation, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Project Execution:
Complete all tasks necessary for asphalt project execution, which may include:
1. Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
2. Preparing and laying out joints prior to paving activities.
3. Verifying the completion of milling processes.
4. Cleaning and applying tack coat as required.
5. Establishing and implementing new operational processes in collaboration with office personnel.
6. Assisting in the formation and training of effective asphalt crews.

Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in asphalt construction. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
1. Providing expert consulting advice in paving construction and supervising on-site teams, including material handling.
2. Conducting site evaluations for prospective projects, advising on material, equipment, labor, time, and cost requirements.
3. Managing skilled labor crews in asphalt operations.
4. Overseeing the safe operation of heavy machinery.
5. Inspecting paving equipment and managing the setup and operation of Grade and Slope Automatic Control Systems for asphalt pavers, making necessary adjustments to operations.


Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $92,394 to $97,014 per year. This is a full-time role.
