Join our team as a Private Duty Nurse LVN/LPN and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our patients require continuous care and support, and we need dedicated and compassionate nurses like you to help us deliver the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
* Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
* Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
* Document care provided in our system of record
* Promote health, teach, and train family members
* Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
* Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and Case Managers on client problems, concerns, and/or changes in client condition
Requirements:
* Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
* Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
* TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
* Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
* Reliable transportation
