About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
• Upsell and promote Torchy's menu items and drinks

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
• A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
