Job Summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a skilled Nuclear Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the operations of our nuclear power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for nuclear operations personnel
  • Conduct performance-based training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Maintain current knowledge of plant operations, regulatory requirements, and industry developments
  • Supervise the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports
  • Support business initiatives, project management, and special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or education/training
  • 4+ years of related industry experience or technical background
  • Senior reactor operator license or SRO certification
  • 6+ years of commercial nuclear power plant training experience
