Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to articulate the talent narrative for executives, transforming data into actionable business insights.
  • Engage with technology and analytics partners to optimize integration and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on data visualization projects using tools such as Workday, Tableau, and Power BI to create impactful storytelling.
  • Stay informed on technology trends and best practices in human capital management to make informed recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions on technology requirements with key stakeholders to secure necessary resources and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent data analytics and reporting.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Development and HR strategies within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement technology strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with technology applications that support HR functions such as talent acquisition and compensation.
  • Strong capability to interpret complex datasets and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience in creating engaging presentations and reports that convey critical data insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design customized visualizations.
  • Expertise in people data analytics and metrics.
