Job Opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists

Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school district. These full-time positions require 35 hours per week and involve providing essential speech and language services to students in middle school and high school settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Monitoring and documenting students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with middle school or high school-aged children with a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality services to students in need.
