Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Development Technician I to join our team at Biomune Company. As an Industrial Development Technician I, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, process, and product improvement of viral, bacterial, parasitic, and/or recombinant vaccines of licensed and unlicensed vaccines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the industrial development, process, and product improvement of viral, bacterial, parasitic, and/or recombinant vaccines of licensed and unlicensed vaccines.
  • Oversee the manufacturing and/or analytical testing of development and first commercial batches.
  • Participate in the transfer of processes into Industrial Operations.
  • Assist in the development of state-of-the-art, robust, and cost-effective biological production processes from laboratory to industrial scale.
  • Conduct laboratory activities in process improvement, including writing process-related study protocols, reports, SOP's, and manufacturing directions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in bioprocesses, fermentation, cell culture, and assays in research, production, and/or manufacturing or Pharma environment.
  • Basic knowledge in Microbiology and Chemistry, tissue culture, and virus titration or prior virology experience a plus.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a clean room manufacturing laboratory.
