Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures, including histology functions, specimen processing, and quality control.
2. Accession tissue specimens, assist pathologists, and prepare microscopic slides for interpretation.
3. Maintain accurate records, ensure proper specimen handling, and adhere to quality control and quality assurance policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in histotechnology or a related science from an accredited institution, plus completion of a clinical internship. HTL certification by a recognized agency, such as ASCP or NCA, within 180 days of employment.
