Job Title: Assistant General Manager

At Sun Tan City, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, fostering superior client service, and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals and lead by example in all company operations.
  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example in all company operations, including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance.
  • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
  • Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.
Requirements:
  • Management and/or Sales experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
  • Team building skills.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
