Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team in Redlands, CA. As an Emergency Medical Specialist, you will provide high-quality emergency medical care and support to patients in crisis situations.


About the Role
  • You will assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive protocols.
  • You will utilize your skills on medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids.
  • You will communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
  • You will act as team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed.
  • You will drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
  • You will work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel.

Requirements
  • A High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • A valid Ca Drivers' License and Ambulance Driver's License from DMV are necessary.
  • A State of California Paramedic License and CPR Card (American Heart Association ONLY, Health Care Provider) are also required.
  • You must have a clean driving record in compliance with AMR Safety and Driving policy.
  • You should participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
