About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for leading and assisting radiology technologists in imaging patients, transmitting images for diagnostic interpretation, and maintaining our hospital's computer system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist radiology technologists in imaging patients within hospital guidelines
  • Transmit images for diagnostic interpretation and maintain hospital computer system
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet established branding and volume goals
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and access patients during exams/procedures in accordance with established guidelines
  • Work closely with radiologists on duty to maintain a smooth flow of patients through the department
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in healthcare-related discipline
  • Two years of radiology technologist experience
  • Certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • State license where applicable
