Job Description

As a Restaurant Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Providing coaching and training to restaurant staff on operational procedures and best practices
  • Conducting regular reviews and assessments of restaurant performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and promotions
  • Managing labor schedules and staffing levels to meet business needs
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
