We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities, working closely with residents and medical staff to develop care plans and ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and medical staff
- Monitor and track patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient histories and interventions
- Provide training and supervision to nursing and support staff
- Participate in incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives
- Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $40-$70
