Key Responsibilities- Manage Production Associates: Supervise and coordinate the work of production associates to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Manage Production Standards and Schedules: Develop and implement production standards and schedules that meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Establish and Manage Quality Assurance Program: Develop and implement a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements and ensures high-quality products.
- Manage Product Control Program: Develop and implement a product control program to minimize loss and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Manage Safety and Health Program: Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work 4-day, 10-hour schedule and rotating Saturdays.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Strong organizational and oral communications skills.
- Computer literate, general PC applications; intermediate Excel a plus.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.
- Healthcare or laundry industry a plus.
