Job Description

We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Construction Operations Director to join our team at Northwest Cascade Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects performed by our heavy construction division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Manage and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Customer Interface: Interface with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction and project management.
  • Education: Prefer B.S. or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $110,000 - $140,000 per year, paid weekly, plus an annual bonus. Benefits include employer-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance for you and your family, as well as paid time-off and a generous 401(k) plan with company match.
