Virtual Therapist Wanted

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional online speech and language services to school-aged children. As an integral part of our teletherapy team, you will partner with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions.

You will work with a diverse group of students, helping them navigate communication barriers and achieve their potential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field, as well as a Connecticut SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP Certification. Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders is required.

About the Role
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and execute student-specific IEPs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure students' communication needs are met.
  • Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team planning sessions.
  • Advocate for students, support staff development, and pursue continuous professional education.

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
  • Connecticut Teaching Certification optional
  • Connecticut SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
