Executive Chef

Scene 75 Romeoville Entertainment Center is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
• Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas
• Ensure accurate portion control and minimize food waste

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
