Job Summary

Clinical Therapist

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

At Sonas Wellness And Recovery Inc, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient substance abuse program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide individual and group therapy to individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients with substance use disorders and mental health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Current licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with substance use disorders and mental health issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AMFT or ACSW (we can provide supervision).
  • Experience with trauma-informed treatment, motivational interviewing, DBT, and CBT.
