Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: Quaker Windows is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing daily cleaning and housekeeping operations.
  • Dispose of refuse and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate equipment such as cardboard balers, waste truck compactors, and floor cleaning equipment.
  • Perform other cleaning tasks as needed or requested.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Meet safety and quality standards by following established procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

Work Environment: This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous materials. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
