Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Bridge Project Leader to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing a variety of projects related to Department of Transportation (DOT) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Bridge Team for DOT-related projects
  • Anticipate project requirements and resources
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
  • Draft and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Guide and mentor junior staff members
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met
  • Track and manage project budgets
  • Facilitate resource allocation and staffing needs
  • Oversee billing processes and collections

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge engineering and project leadership
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Familiarity with New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) projects
  • Professional engineering license in New Jersey
