Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of pipes for our Water and Mechanical division in Boca Raton, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The Role
As a Pipe Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising a team of technicians and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinating the installation of pipes and ensuring that it is done safely and efficiently.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting project progress to management.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary Range
