About the Position

We are seeking a Building Systems Director to join our team at Seattle Children's. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing building systems and infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience in operation of high pressure steam boilers, and related systems and devices. A Grade II Steam Engineer license issued by the City of Seattle is required, as well as a Seattle Refrigeration Operating Engineer license which must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Additionally, NFPA 70E certification is required within 90 days of hire.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Compensation and Benefits

This compensation range is $50.38 - $75.57 per hour, calculated based on full-time employment. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
