Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including operating systems, application software, and hardware equipment.
  • Participate in the evaluation of security policies and implementation designs to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors and IT service providers, to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Document and report IT system management activities and issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant IT system engineering experience.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in Unix/Linux/Windows based server environments.
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies.
  • Knowledge of network devices and protocols.
  • Ability to work overtime and rotating-basis-stand-by arrangements as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with administration and performance tuning of application stacks.
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems and scripting languages.
