Cosmetologist Hair and Nails Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetologist to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, training and educating our staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

• Provide expert skincare and nail care services to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and educate new and existing staff members on spa services, protocols, and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of spa products, services, and protocols, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the spa director to establish daily and weekly targets for service groups, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular training sessions and meetings with technical staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and orders, maintaining a high level of product availability and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate and staff off-site events, promoting the spa brand and services to new audiences.

• 3-5 years of experience working in a high-end resort or urban spa environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience and a current Hawaii cosmetologist license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, and to create, update, and edit training manuals, protocols, and tests.
• Successful applicant should be able to perform hair, nail, and make-up services and have some salon management experience.
