About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in their homes or at facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and EKGs, in a variety of settings and locations.
  • Collect and verify patient information and order documentation prior to procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
  • Operate portable radiologic equipment and determine exposure factors based on patient needs.
  • Process and transmit images for reading by radiologists or requesting physicians.
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with training and orientation of other employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Meet state-specific and federal requirements to perform portable x-rays, including registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or state x-ray license.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs easily.
  • Varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
