Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and implement interventions to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Georgia.
  • Minimum of two years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and other unit-specific certifications.
  • Preferred qualifications include a BSN degree and national certification in a clinical specialty.
