Key Responsibilities
  • Use critical thinking and logic to analyze transactions and identify potential fraud patterns.
  • Make outbound contact with customers to resolve disputes and provide excellent customer service.

  • Meet customer needs by recognizing different communication styles and adjusting your approach accordingly.
  • Ensure proper verification practices are followed to validate caller identity.

  • Provide information in concise and logical ways.
  • Fully engage in team communication and provide guidance as needed.
  • Adhere to attendance guidelines and maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • 12 months of direct customer service experience.
  • Call center experience and previous experience in a remote working environment are desired.
