About the JobAustal USA seeks an experienced Mechanical Designer IV to join their team. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead the work of CAD Drafters and Designers I-III. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing technical adequacy of drawings, providing direction on corrections or adjustments to meet customer requirements, and training team members according to established standards and procedures.
