Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team at Rosen Nissan Madison. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and performance of our new and used vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Vehicle Inventory: Clean and prepare vehicles for sale, including interior and exterior cleaning, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
  • Organize Vehicle Displays: Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles, and ensure new and used vehicle lots are neat and orderly.
  • Drive and Transport Vehicles: Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Make key tags for vehicles, and retrieve and deliver vehicles to and from property locations.
  • Wash and Prepare Vehicles: Wash, clean, and dry all used cars on a regular basis, and keep used cars properly displayed in a neat and attractive manner.
  • Rotate Inventory: Rotate all used cars line positions to give an appearance of freshness to inventory.
  • Deliver and Pick Up Vehicles: Deliver and pick up used cars from the used car reconditioning area.
  • Remove Sold Vehicles: Remove used cars sold from line and replace them with new units.
