We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our HR team in Hamilton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and a drive to build a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement employee experience initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute employee feedback mechanisms to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify employee needs and design customized solutions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Analyze employee data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective employee experience initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and adult learning principles.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
