Job Title: Graphic Designer

PGAV Destinations is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our business development team to develop high-quality proposals that showcase our company's value and help secure projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Design and Development: Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to establish deadlines and production guidelines, identify content, and collect information.
  • Proposal Management: Coordinate the proposal schedule, outline, and checklist to ensure timely and organized submissions.
  • Design and Development: Design content that showcases the unique strengths and capabilities of our company, projects, and staff.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects with stringent deadlines and last-minute requirements.
Corporate Marketing:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Create a wide range of marketing materials, including industry e-newsletters, ads, publications, invitations, recruitment materials, social media and website content, etc., to effectively communicate our brand.
  • Brand Consistency: Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all marketing materials and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Must possess at least 1-2 years of experience in either proposal design or graphic design/branding in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of digital and print production standards.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brainstorm collaboratively and work independently.
