Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Verification: Provide high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images.
  • Document Classification: Validate automatically classified documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Data Validation: Verify automatically extracted data from digital documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Redaction Validation: Validate automatically applied redaction of digital documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Meta-Data Indexing: Manually enter meta-data index information from digital documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on documents converted to digital format to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Check Data Validation: Validate incoming checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Check Batch Total Reconciliation: Reconcile check batches to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Check Amount Account Distribution: Distribute check amounts to accounts as required by customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • Skills: Familiarity with personal computers, basic knowledge of ten-key and keyboard skills, excellent written and communication skills, ability to perform analysis and problem solving, detailed oriented, and ability to work in a team environment.
