Job Summary:
The On Call LPN is a critical member of our team at Dungarvin, responsible for ensuring individuals with disabilities receive high-quality health care services. As a multi-site nurse, you will maintain continuity of the nursing process for each individual, working under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in training and orientation of staff, providing leadership and guidance in the absence of the supervisor.
- Coordinate health services for individuals under your supervision, as defined by the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act.
- Perform delegated medical and nursing actions, as determined by the physician and/or nurse.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong understanding of community-based health care and the ability to work independently. If you are a licensed practical nurse with a passion for delivering quality care, we encourage you to apply.
