We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing agency. As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will work in a dynamic school environment, providing essential occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' functional abilities and needs within the school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and functional skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
