Therapy Specialist

About the Role:

Roxbury Treatment Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Allied Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Allied Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing age and developmentally-appropriate therapy groups to patients on our adult and adolescent psychiatric units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the appropriate level of care for patients
  • Maintain effective communication with referral sources, families, and patients

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and discounted stock plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Allied Therapy or other related field
  • Certification as a registered allied therapist required
