Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Service Compliance Program that ensures the Field Service team is compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • Manage a centralized knowledge base that captures procedures for service licensing, testing, registration, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training programs that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Provide support to Field Service Leadership in addressing regulatory inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations governing electrical and electronic repairs as well as EV infrastructure operation.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between inspectors, regulators, and Field Service teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of regulatory work experience in the electrical field.
  • Familiarity with California's Registered Service Agent Program, NEVI, or IRA Licensing requirements.
  • Knowledge of Electrical or Electronic Installation regulations and repair or EV infrastructure maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Jira or another computerized ticketing program.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong commitment to ethical and honest business conduct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
