History Professor

Marion Technical College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty Member to teach History in various educational settings.

This is a part-time, non-tenure track position that requires the ability to teach approved courses using applied learning methods. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one's discipline and enthusiasm for teaching, creating an environment that motivates students to learn.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and complete projects with minimal direction and oversight. A master's degree in History or a related field is required, with higher education teaching experience preferred.

Salary Range:$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in History or a related field
2. Higher education teaching experience (preferred)
3. Excellent English communication and writing skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
5. Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal direction
