Kitchen Prep Specialist Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Prep Specialist to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - CyHawk Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing menu items and maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and prep areas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare menu items according to recipes and procedures.
  2. Stock and rotate products on line to ensure they are within shelf life standards.
  3. Clean as you go throughout the shift.
  4. Assist with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous cooking experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures.
