Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse I to join our team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our infectious disease med/surg unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and coordinating with the caregiving team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

">This C4/C3W position requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay.

- Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care.">
- Coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team.">
- Ensure competent and compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers.">
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills. You should also possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
